A contract position through the end of March for a paralegal to help a company through a merger/acquisition.  Due diligence, pull corporate documents, etc.  Looking for someone to start right away. Must have legal experience.


Receptionist/Admin position - Answer phones, greet clients, time entry, data entry, light duties. Use Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Full Time Direct Hire opportunities:

#7039 Full-time litigation paralegal with construction experience.  Requirements are a minimum of three years’ recent experience in Arizona law. Candidates must have excellent communication skills for contacting clients, experts, and other outside parties, have knowledge of state and federal court rules, procedures and e-filing requirements; drafting, be self-motivated, and a team player.  Knowledge of Relativity and Trial Director, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, use of templates/themes, E-DOCS, Workshare and Adobe DC is preferred.


#7065 Legal assistant to assist a company with leases, amendments, assignments, demand letters and pulling documents and information for outside counsel on any matter that would need legal attention. This position requires transactional and litigation experience and knowledge of word and excel.This is a full time M-F 8-5 position but the company would also consider someone looking for 30 hours a week.  


#7061 Legal Secretary/Paralegal (Hybrid position)  for 2 attorneys that do commercial litigation.  It will be important to keep cases moving forward, keep the attorney’s inbox clean, able to look at a file and know what goes next.  Must be proficient in Word and knowledge of Amicus a plus, but not a must.  There are no billable requirements.


#7040 Legal assistant with strong litigation skills for one attorney at a Phoenix firm - Construction experience preferred, but not necessary. Position includes opening new files, e-filing in state and federal courts, paying invoices, etc. High volume busy desk. 


#7062 Administrative/Marketing Assistant.  This is a great opportunity for a newly graduate who wants to use their creative skills.  This position will be 60% admin assistant:  opening files, running conflict checks, scheduling appointments, sending basic cover letters and emails, making copies, etc.; and 40% implement marketing initiatives.  Requirement would be someone very familiar with finding resources for high-end engraved items, mass mailing projects to clients and referral  sources, working closely with PR firm to organize TV appearances, and maybe even being capable of coming up with creative marketing campaigns. The right person will be a go-getting, willing to learn, take on tasks and run with it and has good professional office skills.  Strong Word and Excel a must.


#7063 Entry/mid-level litigation paralegal. Paralegal certificate is not necessary, but experience in litigation is. 


#7060 Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum 5 years’ experience. Position includes coordinating closings, licensing and permitting matters, due diligence, etc. 


#7064 Litigation Legal Secretary with a minimum 3 years’ experience. Experience in Employment law is preferred, but knowledge of state and federal laws and e-filing is necessary. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, answering phones, organizing files, typing, document preparation and management, telephone and e-mail communications, coordination of court filings and various other administrative tasks. 


#7067 Executive Assistant with a minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience supporting a senior level executive in a fast-paced environment with 2+ years of experience managing an administrative staff required. Position includes complex calendar management (day-to-day, fiscal year planning, and time management), planning & coordinating travel plans end-to-end including the proactive anticipation of any and all logistics and itineraries, reconciling expense reports, ensure timely processing and approvals, organizing speaking engagements, preparing notes and reports, etc.
