We have a Legal Assistant/Paralegal position open that is temp to hire! Our clients are looking for someone who understands estate planning such as basic document drafting/populating, preparation of “Schedule A” (list of assets/debts of a trust), knows the purpose of documents they prepare, deed preparation/recording, how to work with the client to set up trust accounts, and who has experience administering probate/trust estates. They need someone who has extremely good attention to detail and is an “expert” proofreader!
