Will provide office and clerical support to attorneys, paralegals and other legal administrative assistants. Duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing and scanning.
#7091 Office Manager position available for a firm in Phoenix. Would oversee a clerical staff of seven on a very hands on basis. Must have excellent organizational skills, experience in supervising a law firm going paperless and customer service, familiarity with Clio and legal document defamation software, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Salary is DOE plus a bonus and other benefits.

Successful candidates will have significant experience (at least 5 years) working with bank loan officers in preparing and closing real estate and CNI loan documents focusing in the Arizona and Texas markets. Transactions typically have a short turnaround time from beginning to closing the transaction and attention to detail is required. Work is supervised by in-house supervisors, but the candidate will have significant direct contact with the loan officer to document and complete the loan. All documentation is done electronically and superior computer skills are a must. The ability to excel in a periodically stressful environment, adopt to changing client needs and effectively work priorities is essential.
