This role involves working on a variety of commercial real estate transactions including closings, title and survey review, site acquisitions, leasing, and dispositions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while supporting attorneys and clients.


What You’ll Do:

· Investigate and resolve title and survey issues

· Prepare and manage real estate closings, including post-closing documentation

· Review and interpret commercial real estate agreements; identify and recommend solutions

· Draft and negotiate documents for acquisitions, leasing, and dispositions


What We’re Looking For:

· 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience

· Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills

· Highly organized with excellent communication and analytical abilities

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
