Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial.
  • Prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate trial preparation, including exhibits, witness files, and trial notebooks.
  • Manage case files, court deadlines, and litigation calendars.
  • Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors.
  • Assist with document production and discovery responses.


Qualifications:

  • Several years of litigation experience as a paralegal.
  • Trial preparation experience required.
  • Employment law and/or litigation experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable.
