About the job:
The Morton Group is searching for a career-minded student (business, required) to take on an entry-level support role, part-time to start. The Recruiting Administrative Assistant will support management by providing exceptional customer service; assist with streamlining and managing the candidate submission process; utilize various technologies, including LinkedIn and other job posting sites; assist in the full hiring process from sourcing, following leads, interviewing and presentation of candidates; and have the ability to learn firsthand how to run a small business along with the legal requirements. Position is 20 hrs/wk and can work around your school schedule based on each semester. Previous recruiting experience is not required.
