As a Plaintiff Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in high-impact litigation from intake through trial—managing case files, working closely with clients and experts, and helping prepare cases that truly make a difference.


What You’ll Do:
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, disclosure statements, and other legal documents.
• Prepare demand letters, settlement packages, and trial exhibits.
• Assist with exhibit preparation and full trial preparation for cases heading to court.
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records and bills.
• Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
• Track deadlines, manage case calendars, and maintain organized case files from start to finish.


What We’re Looking For:
• Paralegal experience in plaintiff-side personal injury or wrongful death litigation. Certificate not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
