Primary responsibility will be working closely with attorney on Inverse condemnation, severance damages, Prejudgment possession and trial and appeal experience this firm is anxious to talk with you. Must bring minimum 7 years experience in condemnation experience, a Bachelorís and Paralegal Certificate. Excellent salary up to $80K for right person.|
|Healthcare Paralegal||Phoenix law firm seeks Paralegal with minimum 3 years experience, a Bachelors Degree and Paralegal Certificate. Knowledge of health law and contract drafting experience is required. Primary responsibilities will include drafting, revising, reviewing and negotiating contracts, researching laws and regulations for various jurisdictions, serving as an administrative liaison for the health group to coordinate work and report on client activity and firm work as needed.
